Section I: Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning, support business objectives, and strengthen audience engagement across Company portfolio. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent and high-quality brand execution across all platforms. The Marketing Manager works closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute PR initiatives, events, partnerships, and activations, acting as a key coordination and delivery lead within a lean team structure.
Section II: Key Responsibilities
Brand, Campaigns & Content
- Support brand stewardship across company and its subsidiaries, ensuring consistent identity, tone of voice, and application across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to translate business priorities into integrated marketing plans and campaign calendars.
- Plan and coordinate integrated campaigns (brand, corporate, and portfolio initiatives) across digital, PR, events, and partnerships, working with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Ensure all marketing content and collateral aligns with brand guidelines and reflects Company values (sustainability, innovation, cultural enrichment) where relevant
Website & Social Media
- Support the development and rollout of new websites in coordination with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and technical partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
- Maintain existing websites to ensure content is accurate, up to date, and consistent across company and subsidiaries (project information, news, key announcements).
- Coordinate with social media agencies to execute approved content calendars across relevant platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Monitor social performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations to support ongoing optimization.
- Track competitor activity and digital trends to inform content direction and engagement opportunities.
PR, Media, Events, Activations & Partnerships
- Coordinate with PR agencies and media partners to deliver agreed PR plans, coverage opportunities, press materials, and speaking/interview opportunities.
- Support media relationship building by maintaining media lists, coordinating responses, and ensuring brand alignment across communications.
- Plan and deliver internal and external events and activations, ensuring they support brand objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Propose and coordinate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that enhance visibility and audience relevance, including community and tenant-facing initiatives.
- Deliver tenant engagement programs and activations for portfolio assets (including HUNA & DREC), in coordination with leasing and property management teams.
Leasing & Asset Marketing Support
- Partner with Leasing, Commercial, and Property Management to develop and deliver marketing support for available inventory (campaigns, listings, collateral, signage, and prospect-facing content).
- Coordinate initiatives that support leasing performance (lead generation support, event-based acquisition, nurture content, and tenant retention communications).
- Ensure asset marketing materials remain current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
Internal Communications
- Support internal communications planning and delivery to keep employees informed and engaged with key company initiatives (in coordination with the Senior Marketing Manager).
- Manage content development for internal channels (intranet, newsletters, email bulletins, staff updates), ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely distribution.
- Assist HR with drafting and editing content including announcements and periodic publications as required.
CRM & Salesforce Management
- Maintain Salesforce as the marketing CRM platform, ensuring accurate tracking of marketing leads, campaign sources, tenant inquiries, and contact data in coordination with Leasing and Commercial teams.
- Support the definition and upkeep of lead stages, required fields, reporting structures, and dashboards relevant to marketing performance.
- Provide campaign reporting and insights using Salesforce data to inform optimization and planning.
- Coordinate with IT, agencies, and commercial teams to support integrations (website forms, landing pages, campaign touchpoints) and improve data integrity and user adoption.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure marketing activities and materials comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, privacy considerations, and internal approval processes.
- Coordinate with Legal/Compliance when required for reviews, approvals, and partner/vendor agreements related to marketing activity.
Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Act as a key marketing contact for internal stakeholders across development, leasing, property management, investment, and leadership teams to enable aligned execution.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, consultants, media partners, and vendors to ensure delivery to scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Lead cross-functional coordination through clear briefs, timelines, approvals, and follow-through, ensuring smooth execution within a lean team structure.
People Management
- Provide leadership within the function, setting objectives, managing performance, and developing staff to maximize performance.
- Build and promote an organizational culture that encourages innovation and rewards performance, leading to enhanced staff motivation and retention.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Section III: Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred but not required).
- 10 to 12 years of relevant marketing experience, with demonstrated delivery across brand, campaigns, digital/social, PR/events, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in real estate / asset-led businesses (real estate, hospitality, retail destinations) or luxury is preferred.
Experience:
- Proven track record in planning and delivering cross-channel campaigns (content, social, website, PR, events) with measurable outcomes.
- Experience managing and coordinating external agencies and vendors (creative, social, PR, digital/tech), including briefing, quality control, timelines, and budget coordination.
- Strong familiarity with paid digital and social campaigns, including agency coordination, budget oversight, and performance reporting/optimization.
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) for lead tracking, campaign attribution/reporting, and integration of digital touchpoints (forms/landing pages) into the CRM.
- Solid capability in coordinating PR deliverables (press releases, media materials, coverage opportunities) and supporting media relations in collaboration with PR agencies.
Skills:
- Strong project management and prioritization skills, able to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines with structured follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear briefs, presentations, and stakeholder-ready updates.
- Strong brand sensibility and attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality across content, collateral, websites, and campaigns.
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans and integrated campaigns across digital, PR, events, and partnerships.
- Confident stakeholder management skills, able to align cross-functional teams and external partners through clear direction, timelines, and approvals.
- Solid agency and vendor management capability, including briefing, performance oversight, quality control, and budget tracking.
- Data-informed mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and social performance, identify insights, and recommend optimizations.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Sound understanding of real estate and asset marketing needs (leasing support, tenant engagement, portfolio storytelling).
