We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts of a newly licensed crypto exchange based in Dubai. The role will be responsible for driving awareness, user acquisition, and long-term brand growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, PR, social media, and offline channels.
- Lead go-to-market campaigns for product launches, including waiting list activation and user acquisition initiatives.
- Manage social media presence and community engagement on platforms such as X, Telegram, META, and LinkedIn.
- Oversee PR activities, media relations, and event participation to build credibility and brand recognition.
- Run performance campaigns (digital, app installs, search, programmatic) and optimize ROI using data insights.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to align app UX/UI, attribution, and launch readiness.
- Design and manage email journeys and automated workflows for onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Track KPIs, analyze user behavior, and deliver data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
- Strong background in digital marketing, paid media, and community management.
- Familiarity with crypto communities, industry trends, and regulatory considerations.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze preferred).
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
