Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives across payments, trade finance, and crypto-enabled financial products.
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including planning, timelines, execution, and reporting.
- Develop marketing campaigns targeting fintech, institutional, and crypto-focused audiences.
- Translate complex financial and crypto concepts into clear, compliant marketing messaging.
- Manage digital marketing channels including paid media, social platforms, content, email, and search.
- Monitor and optimize acquisition funnels, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
- Support product launches, feature rollouts, and market expansion initiatives.
- Maintain consistent brand positioning and messaging across all channels.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and external vendors.
- Work closely with product, compliance, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- Experience in a marketing role within fintech, payments, crypto, trading, or financial services.
- Understanding of payment infrastructure, fintech platforms, or crypto-enabled services.
- Hands-on experience with digital and performance marketing.
- Experience operating in regulated or compliance-led environments.
- Strong ability to communicate complex financial products clearly.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills.
