Job Description

Role Description:

Dalal Adoub Company is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across our beauty, fragrance, fashion, and lifestyle brands. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving sales, managing campaigns, and leading the marketing team to deliver outstanding results across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand activations.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring clear objectives, performance management, and continuous development.
  • Oversee all social media platforms, content calendars, influencer collaborations, and digital marketing activities.
  • Work closely with the Creative Team to ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Plan and manage photoshoots, video productions, and creative content for marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze KPIs, preparing regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Coordinate with Product Development, Sales, Operations, E-commerce, and Customer Service teams to support business goals.
  • Oversee website marketing activities, including product launches, promotions, SEO, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing, PR, and partnership strategies.
  • Plan and manage exhibitions, pop-ups, mall activations, and brand events.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
  • Manage CRM and customer retention initiatives, including email marketing and loyalty campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and communication channels.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs, including ROI, customer acquisition, engagement, conversion rates, and sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, fashion, luxury, or retail industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, paid advertising, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
