Marketing Manager Experience in oil & Gas industry from 9 to 11 Years

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the execution of consumer-focused marketing initiatives for our lubricants brand. This role is responsible for implementing brand strategies, managing product development and introductions, supporting pricing and price management strategies, and executing integrated campaigns across B2C channels.

While the primary focus is B2C marketing execution within the Egyptian market, exposure to B2B environments and sector-based marketing is considered advantageous.

This role requires a hands-on marketing professional capable of translating strategy into measurable market impact.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

B2C Marketing Execution

  • Implement brand strategies and marketing plans in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, PR, digital, and in-store channels.
  • Support product development initiatives and lead product introductions and relaunches in the market.
  • Contribute to price management activities, including pricing reviews, competitive benchmarking, and alignment with sales and finance to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Ensure effective deployment of POS materials and retail activations to drive consumer engagement and sales uplift.

Product & Portfolio Support

  • Coordinate cross-functionally on new product development (NPD) projects from concept to launch.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on market feedback and sales data.

Consumer & Market Insights

  • Gather and analyze market and consumer data to optimize campaigns and activations.
  • Map customer journeys and tailor messaging across touchpoints to improve conversion and loyalty.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including pricing strategies, and industry trends.

Light B2B Exposure (Advantageous)

  • Support sector-based marketing initiatives targeting workshops, distributors, fleet, and other trade segments where applicable.
  • Contribute to Customer Value Proposition (CVP) development for priority segments.
  • Assist in customer journey marketing initiatives that enhance both consumer and trade engagement.
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting
  • Track KPIs related to campaign performance, product launches, pricing impact, and brand visibility.
  • Analyze ROI and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • Proven experience in executing B2C marketing campaigns, preferably within lubricants, automotive sectors or FMCG.
  • Experience supporting product launches and pricing initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in market research, consumer insights, and digital marketing tools.
  • Exposure to B2B or sector-based marketing environments is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

JOB KNOWLEDGE

Academic: Bachelor's or MBA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 810 years in marketing, preferably with exposure to brand execution in B2C channels. Experience in the lubricants, automotive, or FMCG industry.
