We're partnering with a premium fashion & lifestyle brand to identify a Marketing Manager who will build, structure, and lead the brand's marketing function during an exciting growth phase.
This is a role with full ownership of brand strategy, campaign execution, and team leadership across creative and digital functions.
What we're looking for:
- 57+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager within a well-established fashion, beauty, or luxury brand
- Strong preference for GCC market experience
- Background with groups or brands is highly desirable
- Proven experience leading Creative Directors and Digital / Performance Marketing teams
- Strong track record in planning and executing large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience in brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling
- Solid understanding of digital & performance marketing

- Build and lead the end-to-end marketing function
- Drive brand strategy and positioning
- Lead digital, performance, and campaign marketing initiatives
- Develop compelling product storytelling and go-to-market strategies
