An established F&B group based in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead its marketing department. With a portfolio of multiple brands, the group requires a strategic thinker who can elevate brand presence and drive consumer engagement across its casual dining concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire marketing function across all brands within the group
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand equity
- Oversee digital, brand, communications, campaign planning, and consumer engagement initiatives
- Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Work cross-functionally with operations, culinary, and commercial teams to align marketing plans
- Track performance metrics and ROI of campaigns, making data-driven decisions
