The Opportunity

Gallagher Security is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to expand and elevate our presence across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, this role will lead regional marketing direction, build brand awareness, generate end-user demand, support Channel Partner growth and strengthen Gallagher's position as a trusted security technology manufacturer.

Working closely with regional Sales leadership, Global Marketing, Product Marketing and key stakeholders, you'll develop and deliver integrated marketing, communications and events programmes that support business objectives and contribute to sustainable revenue growth across the region.

Your Role At a Glance

• Develop and deliver the annual Middle East marketing plan, aligned with regional sales priorities, business goals and global marketing direction.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, industry trends and competitive activity to inform regional marketing priorities.
• Manage the Middle East marketing budget, ensuring activity is targeted, measurable and aligned to commercial objectives.
• Lead regional events, exhibitions, Channel Partner activities, consultant engagement and end-user forums from planning through to delivery.
• Manage event logistics, supplier relationships, sponsorships, communications, promotional materials and post-event engagement.
• Develop regional brand awareness initiatives, PR, thought leadership, customer stories and communications that resonate with Middle East audiences.
• Identify opportunities to grow Gallagher's visibility through industry associations, media, speaking opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Deliver integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation and pipeline growth across priority markets and sectors.
• Support regional product, solution and initiative launches, adapting global and regional campaigns for local market relevance.
• Support Channel Partner growth through marketing programmes, sales enablement resources, partner tools and localised campaign activity.
• Maintain key channel marketing tools, digital assets, partner resources and campaign support materials.
• Track performance, report on campaign and event effectiveness, and use insights to optimise future marketing activity.

About You

You'll be an experienced regional marketer who can balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery. You'll know how to build strong relationships across Sales, Marketing and external partners, and you'll bring the cultural awareness, commercial thinking and project management discipline needed to deliver impactful marketing across the Middle East.

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years experience in marketing, communications or events, ideally in a regional or B2B environment.
• A marketing or related tertiary qualification.
• Proven experience developing and executing regional marketing strategies.
• Experience managing large-scale exhibitions, and events.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create or guide customer stories, presentations, and campaign content.
• Commercial confidence working closely with sales teams to drive lead generation, customer engagement and pipeline growth.
• Experience with marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
• An understanding of Middle East markets, with sensitivity to local cultures, languages, business practices and regional dynamics.
• Strong project management, organisation and stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
