Job Purpose:
The role holder is responsible for providing leadership to the Marketing function and supporting the Associate Director, Marketing in developing marketing strategies, policies and procedures globally.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Leads the marketing team in the geography
- Develop integrated marketing programs and campaigns to build the Group brands, drive consideration and generate leads across for the Group Schools.
- Collaborate with local & global teams of brand, digital marketing, events, content, communications, designers, product managers, sales, and external influencers and agencies to deliver the integrated marketing strategy
- Leads the development and implementation of Marketing policies and procedure in the Geo
- Work with the sales and sales support teams to ensure leads are followed up with in a timely manner
- Work with the Social Media team to build monthly Content Calendar and have clear KPI to measure effectiveness of activity
- Champion the latest marketing trends, technologies and marketing platforms to support go-to-market efforts
- Track and evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, report on results and optimise future campaigns
- Partner with global teams to share knowledge, develop best practices and achieve efficiencies to contribute to a one-GSF presence worldwide
- Manage partners and agencies to drive and deliver effective marketing programs mapped to business objectives
- Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot and other social media tracking tools
- Establish best practices in digital marketing across functions like SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Digital Content and UX/UI
- Continually drive for team development and learning opportunities
- Supports the design and delivery of Marketing priorities and organizational strategies in line with the organization's business plans
Requirements
- Post Graduate in Business Management specialising in Marketing
- 8+yrs of work exp (at least 2+yrs with an Educational Institution)
- Should have experience working in multi cultural environment with companies in different Geos
- Should have working knowledge of all latest trends in the field
- Should have managed medium to large diverse teams
- Expertise in Digital Marketing
- Excellent Analytical skills
