Role Description
We're looking for a data-driven, creative, and resourceful MarketingManager to take full ownership of Nafsi's growth and brand. You'll work directly with the C-suite to execute and scale Nafsi's marketing strategy: across paid campaigns, organic channels, and storytelling that drives both conversions and trust.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in startups, healthcare, or consumer apps.
- Proven track record managing paid campaigns (Meta + Google Ads).
- Strong grasp of content marketing, campaign planning, influencer collaborations, and social storytelling.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable with campaign metrics, tracking, and ROI optimization.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage remote collaborations
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Notion.
- Excellent communication (English & Arabic proficiency)
Nice to Have
- Experience with SEO, written content planning, and PR coordination.
- Experience in agile startup teams or health-tech environments.
