The Marketing Manager acts as the project-level marketing owner for assigned real estate developments, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all marketing activities related to those projects.
The role ensures that brand strategy, commercial objectives, and sales priorities are translated into clear campaigns, content, launches, and marketing deliverables, supporting inventory absorption, lead quality, and brand consistency across all touchpoints
Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own the annual and monthly marketing calendar for assigned real estate projects, covering campaigns, launches, always-on content, and sales support activities.
- Translate commercial and sales priorities (inventory focus, unit mix, pricing phases) into clear marketing briefs and execution plans.
- Develop detailed creative and media briefs for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and target buyer segments.
- Lead the execution of real estate project launches, including coordination of creative assets, digital platforms, sales centre materials, and on-ground branding.
- Manage end-to-end content production, including photoshoots, videos, renders, brochures, masterplans, and digital assets.
- Coordinate with Digital Media, PR, Events, Research, Graphic Design, and Technology teams to ensure integrated execution.
- Ensure alignment between marketing messaging and Sales & Leasing teams, supporting lead generation, conversion, and closing.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing narratives, campaign themes, and market trends, translating insights into tactical recommendations.
- Track campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, lead quality, and CPL, and optimize execution accordingly.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and approved messaging frameworks.
- Manage agency and vendor deliverables at project level, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost discipline.
- Support customer journey mapping from awareness to site visit and handover, ensuring consistency of messaging and experience.
- Prepare structured weekly and monthly execution updates for the Marketing Director.
- Lead, coach, and supervise Brand Managers, ABMs, and Brand Executives assigned to the project.
- Proactively identify execution risks, delays, or gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent.
- 1215 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand execution, or commercial roles within structured organizations.
- Minimum 35 years in a marketing management or project-lead role.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Project Management are an advantage..
- Fluent English and Arabic (Read / Write / Spoken).
