Job Title: Marketing Manager – BTL

Location: cairo

Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Reports To: Head of Marketing / Sales & Marketing Director


Position Overvie

wWe are seeking a creative and execution-focused Marketing Manager – BTL to drive targeted, high-impact marketing activities that directly influence prescribers, purchasers, and patients. Unlike ATL (mass media), BTL marketing focuses on measurable, audience-specific campaigns: medical rep tools, KOL engagement, patient education programs, CME workshops, in-clinic branding, and loyalty initiatives. This role is 100% onsite and requires a strong understanding of healthcare compliance and medical sales channels

.Key Responsibilitie

sBTL Strategy & Executio

  • nDevelop and implement annual BTL marketing plans aligned with sales objectives, product launches, and market access strategies
  • .Design and execute targeted campaigns for healthcare professionals (HCPs): product samples, brochures, visual aids, leave-behinds, and digital detailing assets
  • .Plan and manage CME-accredited workshops, roundtables, product demonstrations, and speaker bureau programs
  • .Create patient-centric BTL initiatives: adherence programs, educational booklets, in-pharmacy displays, and nurse counseling materials

.Sales Force Enablemen

  • tPartner with sales management to equip the field force with effective BTL collateral, objection handlers, and competitive battle cards
  • .Manage the production and inventory of all promotional materials (samples, giveaways, brochures) while ensuring compliance with medical regulations
  • .Coordinate regular field feedback loops to refine messaging and tactics

.HCP & KOL Engagemen

  • tIdentify and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for speaker programs, advisory boards, and publications
  • .Organize small-group HCP engagement events (dinner symposia, clinic lunch & learns, surgical workshops)
  • .Manage KOL contracts, disclosures, and compliance documentation (Sunshine Act, local transparency laws)

.Events & Activation

  • sPlan and execute the company's presence at medical conferences, trade shows, and industry exhibitions (booth design, logistics, lead capture, post-event follow-up)
  • .Coordinate hospital in-services, pharmacy counter promotions, and clinic awareness campaigns
  • .Manage corporate gifting, patient support meetups, and referral doctor engagement programs

.Measurement & Complianc

  • eTrack ROI of all BTL activities: cost per HCP reach, conversion rates, sample-to-prescription ratios, and event-driven sales lifts
  • .Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with FDA, EFPIA, IPHA, or local healthcare marketing codes, and company compliance policies
  • .Manage BTL budgets, vendor negotiations (printers, event agencies, CME providers), and timely execution

.Qualification

sRequire

  • dEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
  • .Experience: 4–7 years of BTL or field marketing experience, preferably within the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
  • .Industry Knowledge: Understanding of medical sales channels (hospitals, retail pharmacies, clinics), HCP engagement rules, and compliance standards (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute, PhRMA code)
  • .Skills: Strong project management, creative briefing, vendor management, and budget control. Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and basic analytics
  • .Availability: Willing to work full-time onsite at [office location] and travel up to 30% for events, field visits, and conferences

.Preferre

  • dMaster's degree or certification in Medical Marketing / Digital Health
  • .Experience managing CME programs or speaker bureaus
  • .Existing relationships with medical associations, CME providers, or KOLs
  • .Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe) or marketing automation (Marketo, Pardot)
