Marketing Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our brand's growth engine.
In this role, you will not just be running campaigns; you will be defining our market positioning, telling our story, and directly influencing revenue. You are the ideal candidate if you are an equal part creative storyteller and analytical strategistsomeone who knows how to craft a compelling message and has the technical skills to measure exactly how well it performed.
You will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Creative, ensuring our message is consistent, impactful, and drives measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Go-to-Market
Develop and execute comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies that align with company revenue goals.
Define brand positioning, value propositions, and customer personas.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify untapped opportunities.
2. Campaign Execution & Demand Generation
Plan and manage end-to-end campaigns across key channels: Digital (SEO/SEM), Content Marketing, Email Automation, Social Media, and [e.g., Events/Webinars].
Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing assets (landing pages, ad copy, white papers, case studies).
Partner closely with Sales to ensure lead quality, manage lead scoring, and optimize the sales funnel conversion rates.
3. Analytics & Performance Reporting
Define KPIs and establish dashboards to track campaign performance in real-time.
Analyze data to uncover insights on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and ROI, using data to guide future budget allocation.
Present weekly/monthly marketing performance reports to executive leadership.
4. Leadership & Management
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels.
Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure all projects are delivered on time and on brand.
The Ideal Candidate (Requirements)
Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
The Toolkit: Deep proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Analytical Mindset: Expert-level knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, SEMrush) and comfort with Excel/Sheets for data manipulation.
Content Chops: Strong copywriting and editing skills with an eye for design. You know what engages an audience.
Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously without letting details slip.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
Experience in the B2B SaaS, B2C SaaS, Schools, Education space.
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templating.
Experience managing paid media budgets exceeding [$X amount] per month.
