Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize our marketing strategies across digital and offline channels. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and supporting sales growth through data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Instagram)
  • Oversee content strategy for social media, website, and email marketing
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports (ROI, CPA, conversions)
  • Manage branding, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and sales teams
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending
  • Lead influencer and partnership campaigns
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in e-commerce or luxury products
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Copywriting and basic graphic design knowledge
  • Experience with influencer marketing
