Marketing Manager

La Vita Landscapes is looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  
• Create daily content, including Reels, Stories, photos, videos and project updates.
  
• Visit project sites regularly to capture before & after, progress and completed-project content.
  
• Manage and update the company website, project portfolio and marketing content.
  
• Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all platforms and materials.
  
• Plan and coordinate professional photography and videography shoots.
  
• Manage relationships with PR agencies, photographers, videographers and other creative partners.
  
• Develop monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns.
  
• Write engaging captions, website content and marketing copy.
  
• Monitor social media and marketing performance and provide regular reports.
  
• Work closely with management and project teams to identify marketing opportunities.
  
  

Requirements

4+ years of marketing/social media experience.

Strong content creation, photography and video skills.

Comfortable shooting content using a smartphone and creating short-form videos.

Good understanding of branding and social media trends.

Experience managing websites/CMS platforms.

Experience coordinating photographers, videographers and PR agencies.

Creative, organised, proactive and comfortable working on-site.

Excellent English communication skills.

Experience in landscaping, architecture, interior design, construction, property or luxury brands is an advantage.

The ideal candidate is someone who can manage the marketing strategy while also being hands-on — creating content, visiting projects, managing social media, coordinating professional shoots and building the La Vita Landscapes brand every day.
