MAD Hospitality is a multi-brand hospitality group operating lifestyle cafs, restaurants, and experiential F&B concepts across the UAE. Our brands are design-led, culture-driven, and growth-focused.
Role Purpose
This is not a coordination role.
We are hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager who can:
- Build brand equity
- Drive footfall and revenue
- Execute campaigns end-to-end
- Translate creative into measurable growth
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Strategy
- Own brand positioning, tone of voice, and campaign narratives
- Translating brand strategy into quarterly marketing roadmaps
Campaigns & Growth
- Plan and execute store launches, seasonal campaigns, and activations
- Drive footfall growth, repeat visits, and customer acquisition
- Own campaign calendars across online + offline channels
Digital & Performance
- Manage social media, paid ads, influencers, CRM & loyalty initiatives
- Track ROI, CAC, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Work with agencies/vendors where required (media, PR, creatives)
Creative Direction
- Brief designers, photographers, videographers
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Strong visual sensibility is critical
Collaboration
- Work closely with Ops to align marketing with in-store execution
- Partner with Finance on budgets, ROI, and campaign performance
Must-Have Experience
- 610 years in hospitality / F&B / retail / lifestyle brands
- Proven experience driving footfall & revenue, not just impressions
- Strong understanding of UAE consumer behavior
- Experience managing agencies + freelancers
- Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on
