Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for golf. This role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive membership growth, and enhance member engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote Madinaty Golf Club.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
- Collaborate with the events team to promote tournaments, social events, and special promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the golf industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, media, and community organizations.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional items.
- Work closely with the management team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or sports industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for golf and knowledge of the golf industry is a plus.
