Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities

Brand and strategy

Build the annual marketing plan across ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, retail and events.

Localize global Garmin guidelines into campaigns suited for the Saudi market.

Own the brand calendar, product launch roadmaps and seasonal pushes.

Retail marketing

Plan and execute in-store activations, demos, end caps, window displays and POS branding.

Ensure Visual Merchandising and brand guidelines are met across all stores and partners.

Support store openings in Riyadh, Dammam, Khobar, Red Sea Marina and Jizan.

Digital and performance marketing

Manage Amazon and Noon marketing including AMS, keyword work, and content optimization.

Oversee social media, paid campaigns, landing pages and CRM.

Handle influencer and creator collaborations across fitness, outdoor, cycling and lifestyle.

Content and communication

Develop product-focused content for all Garmin categories.

Maintain Garmin black theme and Amit retail standards across creative assets.

Produce localized ads, banners, store screens and dealer presentation content.

Partnerships and activations

Manage collaborations with gyms, cycling clubs, running groups and sporting events.

Plan sponsorships, challenges and experiential setups to grow Garmin's presence.

Analytics and reporting

Track campaign performance, ROI and funnel metrics.

Provide monthly marketing reviews for Amit management and Garmin regional teams.

Maintain budgets, vendor payments and quarterly cost projections.

Cross-functional coordination

Work closely with sales, supply chain and e-commerce for launch plans and stock alignment.

Support sub-distributors with marketing kits, POS material and localized assets.

Required experience

58 years in marketing, ideally in electronics, wearables, lifestyle tech or sports.

Experience in digital marketing and retail activation.

Hands-on with Amazon/Noon advertising and influencer management.

Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.

Based in KSA with understanding of local market behavior and media.
