Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager with 8+ years of proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will lead brand growth, demand generation, and market positioning while managing teams, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead brand positioning, market penetration, and go-to-market strategies
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing, content, social media, PR, and offline campaigns
  • Oversee marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and performance analytics
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team and external agencies
  • Conduct market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to support revenue growth
  • Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior management

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 35 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong experience in strategic planning, brand management, and digital marketing
  • Proven track record of driving growth, campaigns, and measurable ROI
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools
