About The Role

At Octane, marketing is a key driver of growth, brand positioning, and market expansion. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and optimizing marketing initiatives across both digital and offline channels, ensuring strong brand presence and measurable business impact.

This role is designed for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will oversee campaign performance, guide the marketing team, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive lead generation and customer engagement. By leveraging data, market insights, and creative execution, you will directly contribute to Octane's next phase of growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervise marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Supervise social media platforms and content calendars along with Senior Marketing Specialist.
  • Coordinate Senior Marketing Specialist with designer to produce marketing materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations in coordination with Media Buyer.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities and potential opportunities for marketing collaborations and events.
  • Assist in organizing events, partnerships, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align cross-department requirements and align requirements for lead generation campaigns.
  • Reporting to Marketing Director.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution
  • Experience in social media management and content planning
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
