Role Overview
The Marketing Director will own and drive the organization's overall marketing strategy, strengthening brand positioning, generating qualified leads, and delivering measurable growth across all business units. The role will lead the marketing team, align cross-functional stakeholders, and leverage data, digital platforms, and AI-driven tools to enhance market visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing function by developing and executing a cohesive annual strategy that supports business growth, brand positioning, lead generation, and market leadership objectives.
- Serve as the central coordinator and strategic driver of marketing activities, ensuring alignment across business units and functions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while fostering collaboration, operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Translate complex business challenges into integrated marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results across brand awareness, market share, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of marketing priorities and alignment with wider business objectives.
- Build a culture of innovation, ownership, performance, and data-driven decision-making within the marketing function.

Requirements
Education / Qualification
- Postgraduate or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Recent professional certifications in AI-driven marketing, performance marketing, or emerging digital tools are preferred.
Experience
- 8 - 12 years of progressive, hands-on marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a marketing management or team leadership role.
- Previous experience operating within the Saudi Arabian or wider GCC market is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing effective marketing teams.
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that deliver against defined business targets.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, paid social media, email automation, and CRM platforms.
- Experience using AI-based marketing tools for content generation, audience intelligence, and predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent systems.
- Strong understanding of brand management and creative production workflows.
Soft Skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate a clear strategic vision to senior leadership and translate it into actionable plans.
