• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both brokerage and developer portfolios
• Manage and oversee branding, campaign planning, and lead generation initiatives
• Lead and coordinate a creative team including videographers, performance marketers, and graphic designers
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously across brokerage listings and development launches
• Plan and manage upcoming events, property launches, exhibitions, and activations
• Oversee PR activities, media relations, and brand positioning
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI to ensure targets are met
• Ensure all marketing deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business objectives

• Proven experience in real estate marketing (both brokerage and developer side preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-growing, high-pressure environment
• Excellent project management and deadline management skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance campaigns, branding, and content strategy
