Accountabilities
- Transform product positioning and customer insights into effective sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, pitch decks, and FAQs.
- Create customer communication programs that enhance understanding and confidence in the product.
- Develop training content that equips sales teams to effectively communicate and sell solutions.
- Support go-to-market initiatives with comprehensive content, from launch emails to sales scripts.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and quality across all customer interactions.
- Analyze content performance and utilize data for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to generate insights and create actionable content.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or a content-heavy role.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and actionable content.
- Ability to work from structured briefs and produce quick, initial drafts that can be refined based on feedback.
- Capability to manage projects independently while engaging closely with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail ensuring consistency and quality before content is published.
- Data-driven approach, focusing on outcomes and making necessary adjustments based on performance metrics.
