Job Description

Purpose of Job

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales for gold and diamond products. This role involves managing campaigns across digital and offline channels,coordinating with sales and product teams, and enhancing the luxury brand image. The ideal candidate understands both traditional luxury branding and data-driven retail marketing techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Define target audience segments and create campaigns that cater to luxury retail consumers.
  • Plan and manage brand activations, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Oversee all marketing campaigns, including social media, digital advertising, print, PR, and in-store promotions.
  • Coordinate content creation for ads, catalogues, newsletters, and influencer collaborations.
  • Ensure marketing materials align with brand tone, values, and visual identity.
  • Manage digital advertising channels (Google, Meta, YouTube) to optimize traffic and conversions.
  • Lead CRM initiatives, including email/SMS campaigns and loyalty programs.
  • Analyze web and campaign analytics to improve ROI.
  • Plan and manage store events, product launches, and VIP customer experiences.
  • Liaise with PR agencies and media outlets to increase brand visibility.
  • Handle brand partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Source and oversee relationships with agencies, freelancers, photographers, and production houses.
  • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights to inform product positioning and promotional strategy.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (Master's is a plus).
  • 710years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury retail or jewelry/fashion.
  • Proven experience in digital and offline marketing campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and high-net-worth client expectations.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM systems).
  • Fluent in English.
