We are seeking a highly creative Marketing Manager to lead the brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue-driven marketing initiatives for ATTIKO, a sleek high-energy lounge providing an opportunity to unwind and relax before the night journey begins. It is the ultimate destination for sunset drinks, infused with the allure of Pan Asian flavors, and an alluring haven for seductive late-night revelry with electrifying DJs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the annual and monthly marketing calendar for ATTIKO Dubai
  • Drive guest acquisition, bookings, and walk-ins through targeted campaigns
  • Lead social media, content, influencer & PR strategy
  • Oversee creative production: photoshoots, videos, reels, and brand assets
  • Plan and execute campaigns for special events, brand collaborations & VIP activations
  • Track marketing performance (covers, revenue, engagement, ROI) and optimize
  • Manage agency, influencer and media partnerships
  • Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with lifestyle brands, hotels, and local businesses for co-branded events and activations.

Ideal candidate:

  • BA degree in Marketing from a reputable university or business administration
  • Must have 1-2 years experience as Marketing Manager within luxury hospitality, nightlife, premium dining, luxury or lifestyle marketing. Recent European lifestyle F&B marketing experience will be highly preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills, additional European languages will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai nightlife, influencers and VIP marketing
  • Proven track record of driving covers and revenue through marketing
  • Highly creative with strong commercial and analytical thinking
  • Strong planning, budgetary, interpersonal, and MS Office skills.
  • Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced nightlife environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
