Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager, based in Kuwait City.
The Marketing Manager will own Taly's growth marketing agenda driving customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across all channels.
The role requires a hands-on, data-driven marketer who can design and execute high-impact campaigns, scale digital performance, and strengthen Taly's brand leadership in the BNPL market. You will be accountable for growth KPIs, campaign ROI, and marketing efficiency, working closely with product, partnerships, operations, and leadership teams to accelerate business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute growth-focused marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, transaction volume, and merchant engagement
- Own end-to-end campaign planning and execution across digital, social, performance marketing, and brand channels
- Define and manage growth KPIs including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, app installs, and engagement metrics
- Optimize marketing spending and budgets to maximize ROI and scale high-performing channels
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine positioning
- Strengthening brand awareness and market leadership through consistent messaging and impactful campaigns
- Collaborate closely with product, partnerships, and operations teams to support launches, merchant campaigns, and growth initiatives
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and creative partners to ensure speed, quality, and performance
- Track, analyze, and report marketing performance with clear insights and actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within fintech, BNPL, financial services, or tech-driven industries
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, digital acquisition, social media strategy, and content marketing
- Proven track record of scaling user growth and delivering measurable business impact
- Advanced understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, and performance measurement
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spending for growth and efficiency
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong ownership mindset
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
