About The Role

At The Secret Identity (TSI), we build marketing strategies that connect creativity with measurable growth. As a full-service marketing agency working across hospitality, lifestyle, and F&B, we deliver high-impact campaigns through brand strategy, performance marketing, digital storytelling, and content-led execution.

We're hiring a Marketing Manager who can lead strategy, manage teams, and drive real ROI across client campaigns. You're a leader, a performance-driven strategist, and someone who thrives in an agency environment.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor Account Managers and creative teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
  • Create structured workflows and improve department operations
  • Conduct coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
  • Build a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence

Performance Marketing & Strategy

  • Lead multi-channel campaign strategy and optimization across Meta, Google, TikTok & LinkedIn
  • Manage KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for all client accounts
  • Improve targeting, funnel performance, and ROI through data insights
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Client Strategy & Business Development

  • Own client strategy and align campaigns with business objectives
  • Support new business pitches & proposals with decks, forecasts, and campaign structures
  • Present strategies and reports to clients and stakeholders
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across accounts

Campaign Oversight

  • Oversee full marketing lifecycle from ideation to execution
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and strategic alignment across deliverables
  • Guide messaging, storytelling, and creative direction

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Experience

  • 7+ years in marketing, including 2+ years in an agency environment
  • Strong track record in campaign execution + client management

Key Skills

  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing & digital performance
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to pivot strategy based on data
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
