We're hiring a Marketing Manager who can lead strategy, manage teams, and drive real ROI across client campaigns. You're a leader, a performance-driven strategist, and someone who thrives in an agency environment.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor Account Managers and creative teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
- Create structured workflows and improve department operations
- Conduct coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
- Build a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence
Performance Marketing & Strategy
- Lead multi-channel campaign strategy and optimization across Meta, Google, TikTok & LinkedIn
- Manage KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for all client accounts
- Improve targeting, funnel performance, and ROI through data insights
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
Client Strategy & Business Development
- Own client strategy and align campaigns with business objectives
- Support new business pitches & proposals with decks, forecasts, and campaign structures
- Present strategies and reports to clients and stakeholders
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across accounts
Campaign Oversight
- Oversee full marketing lifecycle from ideation to execution
- Ensure quality, consistency, and strategic alignment across deliverables
- Guide messaging, storytelling, and creative direction
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Experience
- 7+ years in marketing, including 2+ years in an agency environment
- Strong track record in campaign execution + client management
Key Skills
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing & digital performance
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to pivot strategy based on data
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
