About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that grow Vibes event staffing services. This role combines strategy, execution, leadership, and performance marketing.
You will work closely with senior management, operations, HR, and external partners to position Vibes as the leading staffing partner for large-scale events, while delivering measurable results through clear KPIs and ROI. This is a senior role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility events environment and enjoys both thinking big and rolling up their sleeves.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth and increase market share in the event staffing industry
- Analyse market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new opportunities
- Work with management to set marketing goals, KPIs, and budgets with a strong focus on ROI
Digital Marketing & Channels
- Lead digital marketing across social media, email marketing, and website content
- Define the role of each channel to ensure consistent messaging and measurable performance
- Oversee agencies or internal teams managing paid campaigns, organic content, and community engagement
Brand & Communications
- Own brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels
- Strengthen brand visibility through PR, social media, sponsorships, and creative campaigns
- Manage creative agencies and partners to ensure brand standards are maintained
- Oversee all branded materials, including signage, collaterals, and merchandise for events, exhibitions, and client activations
Lead Generation & Recruitment Marketing
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to attract event organizers, venues, and brands
- Partner with HR and project teams to run recruitment marketing campaigns for temporary and part-time event staff
- Use SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing to support client and talent acquisition
- Work with the Client Partnership team to improve lead quality and conversion
Website & Digital Presence
- Oversee website content, performance, and ongoing optimization for lead generation and recruitment
- Manage external vendors involved in website design, development, and maintenance
PR, Events & Partnerships
- Manage PR strategy, media outreach, and brand storytelling
- Represent Vibes at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Build partnerships with event organizers, associations, and industry stakeholders
- Ensure marketing efforts align with operational staffing needs
Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting clear KPIs and performance goals
- Encourage collaboration, creativity, and accountability
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently in line with company policies
- Stay updated on industry trends and marketing best practices
What we Expect:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong creative thinking combined with analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
- Excellent skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- Outstanding English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience in the events, hospitality, staffing, or related industries is preferred
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
