Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies across digital and offline channels
  • Manage brand positioning, campaign rollouts, and performance metrics for Vital and its diverse portfolio of clients
  • Oversee content creation, advertising, social media, and influencer marketing efforts
  • Work closely with creative, media buying, and production teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery
  • Analyze data, market trends, and campaign performance to improve ROI and inform future strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing insights, reports, and recommendations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital tools, media planning, and content strategy
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong leadership, time management, and analytical skills
