Role Description
The ideal candidate will support cross-border marketing workflows, manage event logistics, coordinate vendors, evaluate quotations, and prepare structured reporting dashboards.
This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics for marketing events, advisory boards, conferences, and internal meetings.
Communicate with vendors, request quotations, compare options, and ensure full documentation.
Support daily marketing operations, including approvals, calendars, trackers, documentation, and workflow alignment.
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, follow-up summaries, and event documentation.
Ensure alignment with Amarox's operational standards, marketing procedures, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related fields.
24 years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, vendor management, or administrative support.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
Strong communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare is preferred.
Ability to coordinate with cross-border teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
