Job Description
Key Tasks
- Partner mapping & onboarding: identify, qualify, and onboard partners across MEA (integrators, resellers, distributors, solution partners). Maintain partner map, coverage gaps, and next actions.
- lead generation: source and qualify leads via partners, LinkedIn outreach, and direct prospecting. Book remote meetings, nurture prospects, and hand over qualified opportunities to sales (or support closure based on process).
- Market research & segmentation (MEA): build target segments by country/industry, create account lists, and identify decision makers and buying triggers. Track competitor activity and pricing signals when available.
- Events & expos (partner-led): hunt relevant expos and conferences, coordinate joint participation with partners, prepare event messaging/materials, and ensure lead capture + follow-up plan.
- Organic LinkedIn motion: run a weekly LinkedIn plan (posting + engagement + targeted outreach) focused on generating inbound interest and partner activation.
- Content + design: create and design LinkedIn posts (single + carousel) and sales-ready assets (one-pagers, short decks, partner kits) tailored to the product portfolio.
- Portfolio growth: expand the partner portfolio and increase partner activity (enablement sessions, co-marketing, joint pipeline reviews).
Qualifications
Must Have
- 3-5 years of Experience.
- Remote selling mindset (pipeline discipline, meeting booking, follow-up, conversion focus).
- Strong presentation + design skills (clean decks, one-pagers, clear visual storytelling).
- AI tools usage is mandatory (market research, segmentation, content, and deck building).
- Strong communication & ownership with solid pipeline tracking (Sheets/CRM).
