Role purpose
Support marketing planning, governance, budget administration, performance reporting, and continuous improvement across the group marketing function. The role creates accurate visibility and helps teams follow agreed processes consistently.
Key responsibilities
Planning and calendar management
- Maintain annual, quarterly, and monthly plans and a consolidated marketing activity calendar.
- Coordinate inputs from Brand, Creative, Digital, and portfolio stakeholders, and track milestones, dependencies, and decisions.
Budget administration
- Maintain budget trackers, forecasts, purchase-order status, and invoice records in partnership with Finance.
- Support accruals and committed-spend visibility, and flag variances or missing information early.
Governance and process
- Maintain standard operating procedures, templates, briefing forms, approval matrices, and governance checklists.
- Promote consistent use of project, asset, and document systems, and record opportunities for improvement.
Performance reporting
- Collect KPI inputs and prepare recurring dashboards and scorecards.
- Check data quality and summarise trends, achievements, risks, and actions in a format suitable for decision-making.
Vendor and agency coordination
- Maintain vendor records, scopes, contract dates, rates, and performance information.
- Support onboarding, utilisation tracking, and review meetings, and identify opportunities to consolidate spend.
Tools knowledge and AI
- Maintain shared knowledge repositories and template libraries.
- Use approved AI tools to accelerate summaries, research, documentation, and recurring reporting, while tracking improvement actions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, operations, project management, or a related discipline.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is desirable.
Required experience
- Four to seven years of experience in marketing operations, PMO, planning, business operations, or project coordination.
- Strong Excel, reporting, and process-management skills.
- Experience supporting budgets, vendors, and recurring business reviews is preferred.
