We are hiring a Marketing Project Manager to own the execution of marketing initiatives across all offline and online channels, campaigns, brand activations, events, partnerships, and launches. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creative, and operations and is focused on turning ideas into structured, on-time, high-impact execution.
The Role
As Marketing Project Manager, you will lead the coordination and delivery of brand activations, Industry linkages, digital campaigns, and brand activations across online and offline channels. You will translate strategy and creative direction into clear execution plans, manage timelines and stakeholders, and ensure every initiative lands consistently, professionally, and with measurable impact.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, is highly organized, and understands how brand, content, operations, and events come together in the real world.
You will work closely with the Leadership, Marketing Team, Content and Design teams, Operations leadership, Business Development Managers, and external agencies and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Activations, Events, Marketing Plans, and Launches
- Plan and execute brand activations, investor events, community initiatives, and partnerships that serve clear marketing objectives
- Responsible for delivering marketing plans and milestones on time and in full
- Coordinate end-to-end execution, including timelines, vendors, logistics, setup, and on-site delivery
- Manage run-of-show documents, production schedules, and post-event reporting
- Ensure brand presence and experience are consistent, premium, and aligned with First Class standards
Multichannel Campaign Execution
- Translate briefs into structured execution plans, including objectives, messaging hierarchy, channels, asset lists, timelines, owners, and approval flows
- Coordinate delivery across social media, email, CRM, website, paid media support, PR moments, and offline brand touchpoints
- Manage approvals, quality control, and brand compliance across copy, visuals, tracking, and publishing schedules
Portfolio and Business Milestones
- Support launches such as portfolio growth announcements, new initiatives, partnerships, and campaigns tied to business objectives
- Coordinate internal and external communications for key brand moments
- Capture learnings and continuously improve execution playbooks
Project Management and Stakeholder Alignment
- Maintain a clear single source of truth for each project, including timelines, responsibilities, status, and next steps
- Run a structured operating rhythm with weekly updates and clear escalation paths
- Anticipate risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early and resolve them proactively
External Vendors and Partners
- Brief and manage external agencies, printers, fabricators, photographers, videographers, and event suppliers
- Coordinate quotes, timelines, delivery standards, and quality checks
- Ensure all external partners work within brand guidelines and internal workflows
What We Expect From You
- 3 to 6 plus years of experience executing marketing campaigns, activations, or launches in real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, agency, or multi-location brands
- Strong understanding of how digital, content, PR, and offline channels work together
- Proven experience managing in-person events, brand activations, or launches end-to-end
- Excellent project management discipline with strong attention to detail
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Clear and structured communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with flexible schedules around events and key brand moments
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Experience in short-term rentals, real estate, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with basic tracking and reporting concepts
- Experience using project management tools such as Notion, Monday, or similar systems
- Comfortable building templates, timelines, and playbooks from scratch
