Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Sales Agent based in Dubai. The Marketing Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, promoting services, and closing sales deals. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, training clients about our offerings, and identifying sales opportunities to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact and engage with clients.
• Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to identify and close deals effectively.
• Familiarity with the Insurance industry or related fields is preferred.
• Experience or ability to conduct Training to onboard or educate clients as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills, goal-driven mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• 2 years experience in Marketing Sales.
