Marketing & Social Media Executive

Tammwil is looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing & Social Media Executive to help build the public profile of Tammwil and its leadership.

This is a hands-on content and growth role covering finance, investment, real estate, entrepreneurship and business across the UAE and GCC.

Responsibilities:

• Manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms

• Develop content ideas, campaigns and monthly publishing calendars

• Turn financing concepts, market developments and company activities into compelling content

• Write posts, captions, scripts, articles and company announcements

• Film and edit short-form video content

• Support the Founder's professional and public profile

• Manage community engagement and respond to relevant interactions

• Track reach, follower growth, engagement and inbound enquiries

• Coordinate photography, video production, events and external collaborations

• Maintain consistent visual identity and brand positioning

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, communications or public relations

• Strong writing and storytelling skills

• An understanding of short-form video and audience growth

• The ability to create polished content independently

• Strong visual judgement and attention to detail

• Fluency in English; Arabic content ability would be highly advantageous

Experience working with finance, real estate, business or founder-led brands would be beneficial.
