What You'll Be Doing:
- Support in executing brand-building campaigns that ensure Boutiqaat voice is bold, consistent, and unforgettable
- Collect and analyze customer insight data to identify opportunities for campaign improvement
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative content, promotions, and event concepts
- Assist in content creation for marketing material and digital promotions
- Support marketing activities related to key categories like beauty, fashion, fragrances, and sports
- Collaborate with category managers on product launches and promotional events.
- Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness across digital platforms
- Prepare presentations for product launches and campaign results
- Track trends and customer engagement to optimize strategy.
- Manage Asana marketing calendars for men's and women's categories
- Coordinate in-app visual and text marketing content (homepages, push notifications, etc.)
- Host weekly meetings with internal teams to align marketing goals
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- 23 years of hands-on experience in marketing or social media
- Professional marketing certification is a plus
- Excellent bilingual communication (Arabic & English)
- Creative thinker with an analytical edge
- Strong grasp of market research, data interpretation, and campaign evaluation
- Familiarity with social media trends, CMS platforms, and presentation tools
- Able to pitch ideas, speak confidently in meetings, and drive collaborative discussions
