Marketing Specialist – Fresh Graduate

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and organized fresh graduate to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. The role will focus on content creation, marketing campaigns, influencer coordination, and daily marketing activities, with support for basic administrative tasks when needed.

No previous work experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Create content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and organize social media content calendars.
• Contact influencers and content creators and coordinate collaborations.
• Arrange influencer visits, content requirements, and posting schedules.
• Follow up on campaigns and influencer deliverables.
• Support daily social media and marketing activities.
• Monitor trends and suggest creative content and campaign ideas.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, suppliers, and other partners when needed.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• No experience required.
• Creative and interested in social media and content creation.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and X.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Arabic and English communication skills.
• Willing to learn, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks.
