About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Specialist to support the marketing activities and business growth of our healthcare operations, including hotel clinics, hospitals, medical tourism, and international medical assistance services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing activities that increase brand awareness, patient referrals, hotel partnerships, corporate accounts, and medical assistance business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans for hotel clinics, hospitals, and medical assistance services.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, tour operators, travel agencies, insurance companies, assistance companies, and corporate clients.
• Support patient acquisition and referral-generation activities.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional materials, events, and digital marketing activities.
• Manage and develop the company's social media and online presence.
• Prepare marketing content, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors and market trends.
• Coordinate with hotel management and Guest Relations teams to increase clinic visibility and patient referrals.
• Support medical tourism and international patient marketing activities.
• Track marketing activities, leads, referrals, and campaign performance.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and recommendations for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, tourism, medical assistance, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience dealing with hotels, travel agencies, insurance companies, or corporate clients is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel when required.
