Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Communication & Public Relations

-Assist in planning and executing industry events, customer activities, and local media engagement.

-Produce and distribute Arabic and English marketing assets, including case studies, press releases, and customer success stories.

-Support the localization of marketing materials such as website content, brochures, and video subtitles.

2. Digital Marketing

Plan and execute local digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, paid ads to increase brand visibility and lead generation.

Manage and grow regional social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).

Create, localize, and distribute digital content including posts, newsletters, banners, landing pages, etc.

Monitor performance analytics and optimize for engagement, reach, and conversions.

Leverage digital tools (e.g., Canvas, HubSpot) to execute campaigns efficiently.

3. Channel & Partner Enablement

-Collaborate with local partners to organize joint marketing initiatives, including joint exhibition, partner meetings, and end user conference.

-Assist in managing Marketing Development Fund (MDF) applications and execution.

-Provide partners with localized marketing assets and digital support to enhance their promotional capabilities.

-Coordinate closely with the local sales team to support field marketing activities such as events, promotional materials, and customer engagement.

4. Coordination & Performance Tracking

-Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and marketing ROI.

-Work closely with regional and HQ teams to ensure brand consistency and effective resource alignment across markets.

Qualifications & Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

-Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the B2B or technology sector, strong in brand communication & public relations, and strong on-camera presence

-Fluent in Arabic and English.

-Strong skills in PR, digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.

-Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

-Experience with marketing automation, CRM, or analytics tools is a plus.

-Familiarity with Middle East and Africa markets is preferred.
