Job Description

Job Purpose:

ITXPros is seeking a talented, resourceful and energetic Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team. The primary focus of this role is to manage, develop strategy, maintain & improve the online presence of ITXPROS, and execute digital & offline marketing tactics that drive business goals and objectives through omni-channel approaches.

This position requires strong technical competency and familiarity with all digital marketing techniques, you will assist to deliver ITXPROS's B2B/B2C marketing strategy across full digital portfolio including website, social media, paid media, SEO, marketing automation, content writing, graphic design and future digital innovations.

Responsibilities:

General:

Plan, brief, development & implementation of ITXPROS's B2B/B2C digital & offline marketing activities across all areas of digital marketing including SEO, media buying, retargeting, content production, email marketing, marketing automation, online PR, quality link building, social media management and conversion optimization.

Create and implement organic and paid digital & offline marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate on different platforms such as (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube)

Build, update & optimize the webpages, emails, social media and ensure messaging is focused, optimized for search, consistent with corporate branding guidelines, and enhances user engagement and conversion.

Monitor and manage email deliverability, improve click-through-rates, open-rates, and metrics in regard to email as a channel through A/B testing, subject line optimization, consulting and recommendations to marketing colleagues and more.

Work with marketing & sales teams to leverage core product, marketing content towards other needs, such as channel/partner marketing, lead generation programs, and vertical market campaigns.

Develop and execute the digital tactics & journeys on our marketing automation platform.

Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices.

Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) against goals (ROI and KPIs) to help shape future marketing strategies.

Acquisition:

Develop and implement scalable traffic acquisition strategies via (SEM, paid social, display, etc.)

Plan and execute demand generation strategies to increase lead acquisition and reduce the CPL.

Build highly optimized landing pages for ads to maximize ad quality score, user experience, and conversion rate.

Measure, track, and analyze all conversions using Pixels.

Content Creation:

Develop engaging online content including clickbait, video graphics, graphics and blogs.

Write product copy for collateral materials, website, advertising, email and promotions.

Measure effectiveness of content. Ability to update and rollout if needed.

Website:

Maintain and update ITXPROS's website to ensure that all content is fresh, relevant and engaging.

Ensure that all pages are properly tagged in terms of descriptions and keywords in order to attain content visibility on search engines.

Suggest potential features/functions that can further enhance both user experience and website traffic.

Monthly website analytics reporting.

Requirements:

General:

2-4 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist

Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English (Bilingual)

Proven experience in B2B and B2C Marketing

Prior experience in the health tech industry is preferred.

Previous experience in the USA market is a plus

BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field

Technical:

In-depth knowledge of keywords research and Google Analytics.

Solid Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, media buying, social media, marketing automation, content marketing, email marketing, etc.)

Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

Experience developing automated marketing campaigns in a marketing automation

Experience in Website optimization tools and conversion tracking (UTM links, etc.)

Solid knowledge of the buyer journey & nurturing concept

Tools:

Experience with the following will be desirable: CRM, SEO tools & Marketing Automation tools

Familiarity with email distribution platforms, such as Mail Chimp

Experience in Canva and any media editing software is a must

Experience in content management systems such as WordPress

HTML and CSS knowledge (preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Internet researching

Personal Characteristics:

An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Superior organizational, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
