Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- YouTube Advertising
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign planning.
- Manage campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation performance and campaign efficiency.
Conversion Optimization
- Optimize landing pages and lead-generation funnels.
- Implement and manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
- Improve key performance metrics including:
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Conversion Rate (CVR)
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Utilize:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Conversion Tracking Tools
- CRM Reporting Systems
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
Budget Management
- Manage digital advertising budgets efficiently.
- Allocate spending across channels based on performance and business objectives.
- Monitor return on advertising investment and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.
Sales & Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to improve lead quality.
- Track lead progression through the sales funnel.
- Align campaign strategies with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Support continuous improvement of lead generation and conversion processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing PPC and digital advertising campaigns.
- Proven experience managing medium to large advertising budgets.
- Experience in B2B lead generation and performance marketing.
- Experience within the UAE market is preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion optimization.
