Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Specialist to join our team. The role involves supporting and executing marketing plans for our projects, contributing to their promotion before, during, and after the events, as well as managing digital campaigns and coordinating with relevant entities and partners to enhance project success and increase attendance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns across digital channels
• Develop and publish marketing content in collaboration with the design and content teams
• Manage social media accounts and monitor audience engagement
• Contribute to the development of marketing plans and follow up on their implementation
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports
• Monitor market trends and competitors and propose ideas for improvement
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in marketing messages

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Arabic; good command of English is preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage time efficiently
