Job Purpose

The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across the organization. The role manages incoming briefs, coordinates deliverables with internal teams and external agencies, ensures timely execution, and maintains premium brand standards. The specialist integrates creative, digital, and operational efforts to deliver high-quality marketing outputs, contributing to the company's overall communication and brand objectives

Responsibilities

1. Campaign & Project Management

  • Manage incoming marketing briefs and translate them into actionable tasks
  • Coordinate deliverables across creative, digital, media, and operational teams
  • Establish timelines and ensure all stakeholders meet expectations
  • Lead day-to-day project follow-ups for smooth execution

2. Creative & Content Integration

  • Work closely with creative teams on campaign concepts, visuals, and content
  • Evaluate ideas and provide constructive feedback aligned with brand guidelines
  • Support the development of social, digital, and OOH campaign materials

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate confidently with departments including Operations, Leasing, Digital, FM/PM, and external agencies
  • Provide clarity and structured communication to support project flow
  • Identify challenges and recommend solutions proactively

4. Performance & Quality Assurance

  • Review and quality-check all marketing outputs before final approval
  • Ensure campaigns uphold premium brand standards
  • Support reporting and campaign performance analysis
  • Take data-driven decisions and contribute insights

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

Preferred experience in media, advertising, PR, or creative agency

Experience working on large-scale campaigns or multi-channel projects
