Job Description

Driven by a passion for creating unique home-grown food concepts, Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality group behind the region's most beloved brands - SALT, Parker's, Somewhere, Public, Kumo, and Shalwa. Each concept is a testament to our commitment to innovative experiences, community connection, and high standards of service.

We are seeking to appoint three Marketing Specialists to lead the on-ground execution of SALT's marketing initiatives, activations, and entertainment programming across our branches in the UAE. Reporting into the Marketing Manager or Brand Director, the successful candidates will be responsible for bringing campaigns and experiences to life; overseeing planning, coordination, permits, logistics, and post-execution documentation.

Each role will cater to a unique market: Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Al Ain, or Sharjah & Northern Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Propose and execute marketing activations, campaign concepts, events, and brand initiatives aligned with brand objectives
  • Lead end-to-end execution of in-branch activations, events, and entertainment programming
  • Manage on-ground operations, logistics, setup, and teardown to ensure seamless delivery
  • Coordinate with social media, content, and operations teams to align timelines, content capture, and branch requirements
  • Liaise with procurement, vendors, and suppliers to secure activation materials and operational needs
  • Ensure all activations are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget
  • Manage permits, approvals, documentation, and compliance requirements for activations and events
  • Maintain project timelines, task tracking, budget monitoring, and post-event recaps
  • Identify, source, and manage vendors, performers, agencies, and creative collaborators
  • Build and maintain relationships with brand partners and external stakeholders
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities and present recommendations to the Marketing Manager or Brand Director

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Two years of experience in marketing execution, activations, events, or a similar role
  • Experience within F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands is preferred, or experience in working with community-driven initiatives
  • Proven ability to coordinate campaigns across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Experience managing vendors, permits, and logistics for events or activations
  • Proficiency in Excel, Monday, Notion, or similar project management tools
  • Working knowledge of content production and social media workflows
