Role Description

We are looking for a Marketing Procurement Specialist to manage all purchasing activities related to the marketing department. The role includes sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and services

Qualifications

• Handle all purchasing requests for the marketing department.
• Source and evaluate suppliers to get the best quality and prices.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure all purchases meet quality and budget requirements.
• Keep accurate records of purchases and suppliers.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to understand their needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (preferably in marketing).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
