Job Title: Marketing Strategist

Role Purpose: Developing and managing the company's marketing channels.
Location: Cairo, Egypt

Description of the accountability:
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Assist in setting strategic pillars for all social media content.
- Oversee all marketing activities, ensuring campaigns are aligned with brand strategy & guidelines and meet agreed-upon goals. And Serve as the primary liaison between the company and external agencies.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics for marketing/production efforts managed by agencies.
- Monitor campaign results and generate insights to ensure that objectives are being met, adjusting where necessary.
- Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then present the information.
- Manage the marketing budget, including allocating resources for various projects and campaigns handled to ensure cost-effective use of the marketing budget and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each social media platform.
- Monitor online activity across internal departments, company partners, and external content creators to ensure that anyone advertising the company's assets is following established guidelines and best-practice rules.
- Perform social media listening to stay up to date and identify opportunities to influence public perception.
- Strategize, plan, and oversee the creation of the company's social media calendar.
- Consolidate with the performance/growth specialist on campaign optimizations, retention & retargeting efforts, and ads spending.
- Ability to set guidelines for moderators and intervene during high-stakes public interactions.
Education: Bachelor's degree
