We're looking for a Strategist who is curious about people, sharp about business, and fluent in culture. Someone who can move seamlessly between brand, digital, social, and integrated communication without losing the thread. Someone who connects dots others don't even see and turns them into direction others can follow.

This role reports to the Strategy director and sits at the center of our next phase of growth. You won't just respond to briefs. You'll help shape what we build, how we think, and how our clients move forward.

What You'll Do

* Lead and support brand, communication, and integrated strategy across diverse industries

* Translate complex business challenges into clear strategic directions

* Develop cohesive thinking across brand, content, social, digital, and media

* Bring strong social intelligence, understanding how platforms shape behavior, perception, and relevance

* Turn research, data, and trends into sharp, human insights

* Define communication frameworks, messaging territories, and narrative structures

* Craft inspiring creative briefs that unlock strong work

* Build structured, clear, and persuasive presentations for clients and internal teams

* Contribute to new business pitches with confidence and clarity

* Partner closely with Client Partnerships on social audits, reporting inputs, and execution alignment while leading strategic direction

* Collaborate with creative, content, media, and performance teams to ensure strategy lives beyond the slide

Technical Skills & Capabilities

* Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complexity and hold a room

* Ability to craft compelling creative briefs that inspire ideas, not just deliverables

* Experience developing brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks

* Ability to design integrated communication strategies across channels

* Experience building communication frameworks that guide consistent messaging

* Social savvy: deep understanding of platform roles, audience behaviors, and content formats across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and emerging channels

* Ability to define content pillars, editorial direction, and storytelling structures

* Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personas, and customer journeys

* Ability to translate data, analytics, and social insights into actionable recommendations

* Familiarity with performance metrics, social listening, and reporting principles

* Strong command of the English language, written and verbal

* Comfort working with cross-functional inputs including media, performance, content, and creative teams

What We're Looking For

* 3-4 years of experience in strategy, digital strategy, social strategy, or integrated communications

* Hybrid thinker: comfortable with brand foundations and platform nuance

* Strong understanding of social ecosystems and how strategy shifts by audience and intent

* Ability to move from macro context to actionable recommendations

* Clear, structured thinking and strong writing ability

* Self-starter with a solutions mindset

* Collaborative by nature, low ego, high ownership
