This is a full-time on-site role located in Giza for a Marketing Supervisor. The Marketing Supervisor will manage market planning and oversee marketing campaigns and strategies. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, and devising actionable plans to meet business objectives. The role also involves coordinating with sales teams, communicating effectively across departments, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

• Strong skills in Market Planning and the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
• Proficient in Market Research and understanding market trends to inform decision-making
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate data and measure campaign performance
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Sales practices, with experience supporting marketing campaigns to drive conversions
• Proven leadership and supervisory abilities
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with marketing tools and technologies
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage
