Marketing Team Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Team Leader to lead and manage our marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital marketing, project management, and team leadership, with the ability to generate new ideas and execute effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the marketing team and daily marketing operations

Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across different platforms

Create, manage, and optimize paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)

Develop creative marketing ideas and innovative campaigns

Manage marketing projects from planning to execution

Use AI tools to enhance marketing performance and content creation

Create marketing plans and business strategies aligned with company goals

Write marketing content (ads copy, social media content, basic website content)

Design basic marketing materials (social media posts, ads, presentations)

Analyze marketing performance using Google Sheets and Excel

Prepare reports and track KPIs

Requirements:

23 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing

Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools

Experience in managing projects and leading teams

• Strong skills in paid advertising and campaign optimization
