With a mobile app, we offer ease of access to thousands of courses across the Middle East.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Leader in Marketing, located in Kuwait City with some work-from-home flexibility. The Team Leader in Marketing will oversee the daily operations of the marketing team, ensuring the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies. Responsibilities include managing team members, coordinating marketing campaigns, driving sales growth, and enhancing communication among team members and with clients. The role also involves analyzing market trends and performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing team.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Dawrats business goals.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
  • Analyze performance using Google Ads Manager and adjust bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad formats to maximize ROI.
  • Regularly update and optimize keywords to improve Dawrats organic and paid search visibility.
  • Oversee and monitor content creation, campaign visuals, and caption quality to maintain engaging and brand-consistent messaging.
  • Supervise the appearance and performance of Dawrats social media accounts and website presence.
  • Track and improve enrollment rates and conversion performance through continuous A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Maintain and improve Return on Investment (ROI) for all marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the content calendar and oversee all social media accounts and platforms.
  • Manage budgets, Trainer relationships, and paid media allocations efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 46 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 12 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in launching and managing full-funnel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred).
